1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or attending The Match House (“Event,” “Activation,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these General Terms and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not enter, use, or interact with The Match House website, registration system, or physical venue.
The Match House is an independent brand activation and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FIFA, the United States Soccer Federation, or any official World Cup governing body.
2. Eligibility & Access
Attendance may be limited to guests aged 21+ (if alcohol is served) or all ages depending on the session. Age restrictions will be noted during registration.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for violating these terms, disruptive behavior, or safety concerns.
Tickets, RSVPs, or wristbands are non-transferable unless explicitly stated and may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion.
3. Code of Conduct
You agree to:
Follow all venue rules, staff instructions, and local laws.
Refrain from fighting, harassment, hate speech, intoxication, or illegal activity.
Not bring weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, or unauthorized recording equipment for commercial purposes.
Violations may result in immediate ejection without refund or compensation, and a permanent ban from future Match House events.
4. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By attending The Match House, you assume all risks associated with your presence, including but not limited to: crowded spaces, loud noises, lighting effects, physical activity, food/beverage consumption, and personal injury or property loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, The Match House, its organizers, sponsors, venue partners, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any:
Personal injury, illness (including infectious diseases), death, or property damage.
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Cancellation or alteration of the Event due to weather, acts of God, public health orders, or other force majeure events.
No refunds or credits will be issued if the Event is modified, rescheduled, or canceled for reasons beyond our control.
5. Photography, Video, & Publicity Release
By entering The Match House premises, you grant The Match House and its authorized partners an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, photograph, and capture your likeness, voice, and actions (“Content”) and to use that Content for marketing, promotional, archival, or commercial purposes without further notice, approval, or compensation.
If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify staff upon arrival, though certain areas (e.g., media zones) may still require unavoidable capture.
6. Intellectual Property
“The Match House,” its logo, event branding, and all original design elements are trademarks of the brand owner. You may not use our IP without prior written permission. Any unofficial commercial filming, rebroadcasting, or sponsorship ambush marketing is strictly prohibited and will be enforced.
7. Privacy Policy

We may collect:
Registration data: name, email address, phone number, age/date of birth, and ticket preferences.
Optional data: social media handles, dietary restrictions, and survey responses.
Automated data: IP address, browser type, referral source, and on-site Wi-Fi usage (if provided).
Verification data: government-issued ID (scanned only for age/identity verification, not stored unless required by law).
b. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Process registration and communicate event updates.
